Submission Formatting

Submitted manuscripts will be peer reviewed by the conference scientific committees. Accepted papers after successful registration and presentation will be included into AAIP2026 Conference Proceedings and published in the SPIE Digital Library. The proceedings will be submitted for indexing by Scopus, Ei Compendex, Web of Science (CPCI), Inspec, Google Scholar. The authors of the papers will be invited to participate in AAIP 2026 to display their research works.

While for those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference just for oral presentation. For abstract submission, please download the Abstract Template (.doc)

Submission Requirement

1. Manuscripts must be written in English. Only English submissions will be accepted.
稿件须为英文撰写，会议仅接受英文投稿。
2. Papers should be at least 4 full pages and no more than 12 pages. If do not intend to publish, please submit only an abstract of 200–300 words.
论文篇幅不少于4整页，且不超过12页。如不出版，只需提交含200-300字的摘要内容。
3. Innovation and scientific value are required.
稿件须具有创新性和科学价值。
4. Manuscripts must be formatted according to the conference template.
论文需严格按照会议模板进行排版。
5. The topic of the paper should align with the conference themes.
文章主题须与会议主题相关。
6. Plagiarism and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.
严禁抄袭或剽窃，禁止一稿多投。
7. Accepted papers that are registered will be invited to present at the conference, and will be published in the conference proceedings upon presentation.
录用并完成注册的论文，将受邀在会议上进行报告，并在报告后收录至会议论文集。

Selected papers will be recommended to journal after extension:

Accepted papers after undergoing a preliminary review and rigorous peer review will be published in the Journal of Image and Graphics, which will be indexed by Scopus (Since 2021), CNKI, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
