To participate in AAIP 2025, at least one author of each paper must register.  Each registration entitles only one person to attend the conference.

Author registration fee must be paid before the registration deadline; otherwise your paper will not be included.

Early Bird Registration

Authors who make their payment before June 20 will benefit from the Early Bird Registration fee.

 

Student Discount

You can enjoy the student discount if you are a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. You're required to send the scanned copy of student identification card to aaip@academic.net when submitting your registration documents.

 

Registration Fee

All payments are to be made in USD by Visa/Master Card through the Online Payment System or Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to aaip@academic.net and received by June 26, 2024. No refund will be provided after this date. Please note: There will be 30% of the registration fee deducted from each refund.
