To participate in AAIP 2027, at least one author per paper shall complete the conference registration.
Author‑registration fees must be settled prior to the registration deadline. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.

 

Early Bird Registration

Authors completing payment by April 20 are eligible for the early‑bird registration rate.

 

Student Discount

Full‑time undergraduate and postgraduate students may apply for the student discount. A scanned copy of your valid student ID shall be submitted to aaip@academic.net together with your registration documents.

Registration Fee

Payments can be made in either USD or CNY via the online payment system (Visa / Master Card) or bank transfer.

 

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted via email to aaip@academic.net before May 20, 2027. No refunds will be processed after this deadline.
Please note that a deduction of 30% of the registration fee will be applied to each refund.
