Conference Proceedings Template (.doc)

Authors who do not intend to publish full papers on conference proceedings are welcome to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. Please download the Abstract Template (.doc)

Submission Requirement

1. Language Requirement
Manuscripts must be written in English. Only English submissions are accepted for review and publication.
稿件须为英文撰写，会议仅接收英文投稿。

2. Paper Length
Full papers should be at least 4 full pages and no more than 12 pages. If you do not intend to publish, please submit an abstract of 200–300 words only.
论文篇幅不少于4整页，且不超过12页。如不出版，仅需提交200-300字摘要。

3. Academic Quality
Submitted manuscripts shall feature adequate novelty and scientific merit.
所有投稿须具备创新性与科学研究价值。

4. Template Format
Manuscripts must be strictly formatted in accordance with the official conference template.
所有稿件须严格按照会议官方模板排版。

5. Topic Scope
The topic of each submission must align with the conference scope and themes.
论文研究主题须贴合本次会议征稿范畴与主题方向。

6. Academic Ethics
Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.
严禁抄袭、重复发表及一稿多投等学术不端行为。

7. Publication and Presentation Policy
Accepted papers with completed registration are eligible for conference presentation. Presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
录用且完成注册的论文可参会做报告；完成会议报告的论文将收录于会议论文集。

Selected papers will be recommended to journal after extension:

Accepted papers after undergoing a preliminary review and rigorous peer review will be published in the Journal of Image and Graphics, which will be indexed by Scopus (Since 2021), CNKI, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
